Congratulations! You’ve completed Session 6 of the Web Support Project, the caregiver wellbeing section. Taking care of yourself is important too. Let’s review!
- Being a cargiver can be very rewarding at times, but it can also be very stressful. Remember you are not alone in your caregiving journey.
- Don't forget to take care of yourself! Set aside some alone time each day.
- Don't think you have to do it all by yourself! Seek help from family and friends.
- Find ways to help yourself relax, such as exercising. You might find it helpful to keep a stress log.
